Up, Up and Away....

A hot air balloon and vintage transportation themed Christening was hosted for the adorable Maximos at Studio Square in The Loft. All design was done by in-house designers and the guests were treated to catering by Sterling Affair and desserts by Cavo in Astoria.

It's a Wrap....

USA Network's hit series, White Collar, hosted their wrap party in The Empire Suite for all of their cast and crew. Stars of the show such as Matt Bomer, Tim DeKay, Tiffani Thiessen, Willie Garson, and Natalie Morales showed up to take in the view and party it up at Studio Square.

The Empire Suite Debuts.....

The long awaited (and well worth the wait!) Empire Suite opened December 4 and continued booking up as rapidly as we suspected it would. It's a gorgeous 10,000 square foot ultra lounge with a state of the art sound system, leather tufted bar, and a breathtaking unobstructed view of the NYC Skyline. Check back for the opening of The Roof Deck adjacent to the space which will be open in June. These gorgeous images were by Robert Wagner Photography. Going Big....

Studio Square's Billboard debuted at the entrance Triborough Bridge in October and created quite a buzz leading to many clients and vendors visiting, touring, and booking the space.

Last week, Sal's wife threw a lavish casino themed birthday party for him in our brand new Empire Suite complete with realistic gaming tables courtesy of Full House Entertainment.

To thank all the friends, family and business associates who have shown their incredible support to the launch of the space and the debut of our newest space, The Empire Suite, Studio Square hosted a holiday celebration the likes of which New York had not seen.

The Circle of Life......

Preeti Exclusive Creations produced a Saturday night co-ed baby shower in The Loft for a fabulous couple. The theme was an African Jungle theme complete with an authentic dance troupe from Sounds of Afrika.

Mateo's Christening

oh so fabulous designed a gorgeous Christening for a very special little boy on Septemeber 12. The event was catered by Sterling Affair, the in-house caterer for Studio Square and florals were designed by Stem and Co.
